    1. Registration
      • Do I need to register to purchase from your website?
      • No, you can check out as a guest. However, we will suggest you to register with us so you can check on your order history and tracking status, add products into a wish list and more.

      • How do I register?
      • You can register by following a few easy steps during check out, or by clicking the button “Register” on the top right corner

      • What benefits do I get once I register to become a member?
      • Registering an account allows you to use the full range of features. Our website lets you:
        • > Manage your Contact, Billing and Shipping information
        • > Review your order history
        • > Add products to a wishlist
        • > Submit reviews on our products
        • > Opt in and out of Newsletter

      • Can I edit my information?
      • Yes, you can. You may edit your information on My Account > Account Information > Save

2. Shipping & Delivery

      • How long does it take for my item(s) to be shipped?
      • Depending on your location and Courier selection. Do refer to our delivery information

      • Is there any shipping fee?

      • How do I track my order?
      • For registered members, you can obtain your tracking information by logging into your account. We also send out a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipping out your order. You can track your order by using the tracking number from your conformation email and inserting it into the tracking page of the courier service. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 2 working days, please do check your spam mail first, then call us at 1700 81 8882 to verify.

3. Orders

      • How do I check on my existing order status?
      • For registered members, you will be able to check your order by logging into your account. We also send you an email almost immediately after you place an order with us, and for every order update you will also receive an email update (ie: order has been shipped). If you do not receive these emails, please do check your spam mail first, then call us at 1700 81 8882 to verify.

      • Can I cancel an order?
      • If you have placed an order with us but have not paid, your order will automatically be cancelled after 2 weeks. For orders which payment has been processed, please call us as soon as possible at 1700 81 8882 to cancel.
        We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been packed and sent out of our warehouse.

      • What is a wish list?
      • A wish list is a list of desired items that you would like to purchase in the possible future (Applicable only for registered members). To mark a product under your wish list, simply click on the ❤ button.

      • I have paid for my order, why is my order cancelled?
      • When your payment transaction is being processed, avoid refreshing or exiting the page. When there is a breakdown during the payment process, your order may appear as a cancelled order even though the amount has been deducted from your account.
        When that happens, do contact us at [email protected], our staff will assist you through the process.

4. Returns & Warranty

      • What is Teezbee's return policy?
      • We do not offer return or size exchange for personalise product. 

      • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. After 7 days we no longer entertain requests for refund or replacement.

      • What can I do if what I received is not what I have ordered?
      • You are entitled to a free replacement under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
        Do provide us a photo to support your claim by emailing to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the goods.

5. Payment Options

      • What are the payment options?
      • We accept payment via bank transfer, cash deposit, credit card (Mastercard, Visa) and PayPal

      • How can I do bank transfer?
      • We provide you with our bank details at checkout. Once payment has been made, you are advised to send us a copy of your payment Receipt to [email protected] quoting your Order number (Displayed at the end of checkout)

      • Is your Website Payment Secure?
      • Teezbee implements a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

        We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

        After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) are never stored on our servers, so you can be rest assured that no data can be stolen when transacting through our website.

6. Design Your Own

    • How do I design my own outfit?
    • You may send us your preferred design in JPEG, PNG or AI file to [email protected] or facebook. Our assistant will assist you proceed to the next step.

    • How long does one design take to be done?
    • It will require 1-3 working days to prepare a draft for you based on the complexity of the design. We will send you a draft before we proceed to printing.

    • How many drafts am I allotted to?
    • When we receive your original design, a designer will be assigned to draft your custom design. Once the drafting process has begun, our designer will begin a dialogue with you to produce up to 3 drafts.

    • Are there any intellectual property rights for the design of my choice?
    • The responsibility of verifying the legality of a design lies with you. We are not liable to any intellectual property violation for custom designs sent in by you. For any inquires, do contact us at [email protected]
